Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for orders placed on PartyCity.com within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@partycity.com to request a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:
· Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
· Returns are only accepted for online orders made through PartyCity.com.
· We do not accept returns in stores for online purchases. In-store returns are at the sole discretion of each store and may not be honored.

· Seasonal merchandise (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Easter) must be returned at least 7 days prior to the holiday in new condition and original packaging.

· Purchases made in stores are subject to the return policy of the individual store and may not be accepted. We recommend calling your local store directly to verify their return policy before attempting a return.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 2-5 business days.

At Party City, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, inflated balloons for your special occasions. We understand that the lifespan and appearance of balloons can be affected by various factors beyond our control once they leave our care. However, your satisfaction with the quality of our balloons at the time of delivery is our priority.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee that all balloons are inflated to optimal standards and inspected for visible defects immediately prior to your pickup or our delivery.

1. Immediate Inspection (Recommended): Please inspect your balloons carefully at the time of pickup or immediately upon delivery. This is the best opportunity to address any concerns.

   • If you notice a quality issue (e.g., a visible defect, a balloon already deflating, incorrect color/design compared to your order) at this point, please contact our staff immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund.

2. Contact Us Promptly for Issues After Pickup/Delivery:

   • If you discover a quality issue with your balloons after you have left our premises or after our delivery driver has departed, you must contact us within 2 hours of pickup/delivery.

   • Please provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and ideally, clear photographs or a video demonstrating the quality concern (e.g., rapid deflation, visible holes, color discrepancy). This evidence is crucial for our assessment.

Please Note - Conditions Not Covered by This Policy:

While we strive for quality, we cannot be responsible for issues arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Damage after pickup/delivery: Balloons punctured, popped, or damaged by sharp objects, rough handling, pets, children, or environmental factors (e.g., being left in a hot car, exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, wind, or rain).

• Natural Deflation: All balloons, especially latex, will naturally deflate over time. Our guarantee pertains to immediate or rapid quality issues, not the natural and gradual deflation process.

• Latex Allergy Reactions: We are not liable for allergic reactions to latex balloons.
