If your order has already shipped, you will see the word "Shipped" by each line item on your order, as well as a link to your tracking information on the right side of the page.
Otherwise, you will see one of the following status codes on each of the line-items of your order.
Pending: This means your order was received by our system in the past few hours. Within the next few hours, your order will be placed in a batch for processing by our warehouse.
Warehouse: This means that your order is currently in our warehouse. It is being picked and packed, and within a few hours, you should receive notification that it has shipped.
Review: This means that our system detected billing information that does not match what your credit card company has on file for the card you used. In most cases, we can resolve this quickly without having to contact you or delay your order. However, in some cases, it will be necessary for us to reach you and resolve the issue before shipping your order.
If your order has not yet shipped it will appear in the tracking record in one of our other statuses. If there is an issue with your order you will receive notification from our Customer Service team via email. Otherwise your order will ship as expected without issue.
