Return Policy
Before you reach out, please check your order confirmation number to determine who can best assist you:
If your order number does not end in -D (e.g., 12345678), contact Party City Customer Support.
If your order number ends in -D (e.g., 01234567-D), your order was placed through DoorDash, and you should contact DoorDash Support instead.
Return Policy for Online Orders
We gladly accept returns for orders placed on PartyCity.com within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@partycity.com to request a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Return Exceptions:
· Seasonal merchandise (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Easter) must be returned at least 7 days prior to the holiday in new condition and original packaging.
· Purchases made in stores are subject to the return policy of the individual store and may not be accepted. We recommend calling your local store directly to verify their return policy before attempting a return.
Please note:
· Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
· Returns are only accepted for online orders made through PartyCity.com.
· We do not accept returns in stores for online purchases. In-store returns are at the sole discretion of each store and may not be honored.
