If your order is being purchased on behalf of an organization that is exempt from paying sales tax, please review the Summary of Charges on the right hand side of the screen to confirm that taxes are being applied to your order. Depending on your location sales tax may not be applied to your order.
If tax is applicable, please proceed with placing your order complete with the taxes included. Once you receive your Shipment Confirmation please send an email including your tax exempt documentation to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: all emails must include the Order Number in the subject line of your message. If no Order Number is provided we will not be able to process your tax exempt documents.
We will require documentation which clearly states that your organization is exempt from paying sales tax. For example, W-9 forms are not a valid document for claiming tax exemption. Documents not stating TAX EXEMPT cannot be honored. Once your tax exempt status has been confirmed a refund of the tax charges will be applied and an email will be sent to you advising you of the refund.
