1) Cover marshmallows with melted candy
Dip scissors in cornstarch. Cut marshmallows lengthwise, making one section slightly larger than the other for bottom of chest. The smaller section will be the lid. Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag according to package directions. Cut small point off of bag. Use melted light cocoa candy to cover flat portion of marshmallows. Use spatula to smooth candy. Place marshmallows candy-side-up on parchment paper-covered cookie sheet. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.Place marshmallows flat side down on cooling grid over parchment paper. Use melted candy to cover curved side of marshmallows. Gently tap grid to smooth and remove excess candy. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Reserve remaining melted candy.
