Ingredients:

24 medium-sized cremini mushrooms
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnish: fresh thyme sprigs

Steps:

Prep the Mushrooms: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, carefully removing the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside and finely chop the stems.
