The longtime favorite costume comes with the iconic blue plaid dress worn by the character of Dorothy Gale in the original Wizard of Oz film. The dress features puffy white sleeves, a mock neck collar and a blue plaid apron-like style with matching suspenders fastened at the waist with big white round buttons.
