• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• 5-inch latex balloons

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Inflate the frame base with air using the included straw.
• Step 2: Choose mini latex balloons in your desired color scheme, then inflate them with air to 3in diameter (template provided for reference). Do not use helium.
• Step 3: Place the frame base on a flat surface and begin to fill it with latex balloons, securing them in place with the provided adhesive tabs.
  • Note: It's important not to apply the adhesive tab directly onto the balloon knot. Apply as shown in the diagram on instructions sheet.
• Step 4: Continue attaching the latex balloons to the back panel in rows, starting at the bottom and working your way to the top.
• Step 5 (Optional): Inflate additional balloons to 2in diameter and layer them in between the base layer balloons for extra visual effect.

Display Options:

1. Stand it against a wall.
2. Secure the number to a wall using your adhesive of choice.
3. Hang it vertically by tying a line to top tabs and hanging as desired.
