Before Placing an Order
Do balloons include inflation?
Yes, all balloons ordered through delivery include inflation.
Is there a delivery fee?
Orders under $50 will be charged a $4.99 delivery fee in checkout. The free delivery terms that apply are for orders of $50 or more.
How far will DoorDash deliver?
DoorDash delivery availability depends on whether a DashMart warehouse is located in your area. We can deliver to both residential and business addresses. To check if we deliver to you, select “Delivery” and enter your zip code.
How will I be charged for a delivery order?
Payment is charged when you place your order on Party City. You may see a temporary pending charge at first followed by the final charge, but rest assured you will only be charged once. You can also include a tip for your driver during checkout.
After Placing the Order
Can I change or cancel my delivery order after placing it?
To change or cancel your delivery, contact DoorDash at 1-833-380-5713. Have your order number ending in -D ready, found in your confirmation email.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by DoorDash. For larger balloon orders, multiple drivers may be assigned. You’ll receive a text message when each driver is on their way, using the cell phone number you provided during checkout.
Balloons will arrive fully inflated. Any additional items (other than balloons) will be in a shopping bag.
Day of Delivery
How will I know when my order is out for delivery?
You will receive a text message to let you know your order is on its way.
How will I know the driver is on the way?
You can schedule the day and time of your delivery during checkout. When your driver is on their way, you’ll receive a text message from DoorDash at the cell phone number you provided during scheduling.
Can I track my delivery in real time?
Yes! Once your order is out for delivery, DoorDash will send you a text message with a tracking link so you can see your driver’s progress in real time.
Post-Delivery
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
For issues with damaged or incorrect orders, please contact DoorDash directly at 1-833-380-5713. Have your order number ending in -D ready, found in your confirmation email.
