Make cookies

1) Make cookies

Prepare and roll out cookie dough following recipe directions. Use Santa face and mustache cutters to cut out cookies. Bake and cool cookies.

2) Decorate cookies

Use red icing pouch and fill in hat. Use spatula to smooth hat area. Use white icing pouch with star tip to pipe zigzag hat trim, hair and beard.

Use black icing pouch with round tip to pipe dot eyes and inside of mouth. Use white icing pouch with toothpick to add highlight on eyes. Use red icing pouch with round tip to pipe outline mouth and dot nose. Pat nose slightly flat, using finger dipped in cornstarch.

4) Decorate mustache

Use white icing with round tip to attach mustache cookie to face cookie. Use white icing pouch with star tip to pipe elongated shell mustache and rosette pompom.
