1) Dip Cookies

Melt lavender Candy Melts candy in microwave-safe bowl according to package directions. Use fork to dip cookies in melted lavender candy. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Place on waxed paper-covered cookie sheet. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer remaining lavender candy into a disposable decorating bag. Use scissors to cut tip off bag when ready to decorate.

2) Make Wings

Use fondant roller with purple guide rings to roll out Tootsie Roll candy. Cut a circle, 1 3/8 in. dia. for wings. Use wide end of tip 3 to cut two scallops in wings.

3) Assemble Bats

Use reserved melted lavender candy to attach wings, candy eyeballs and chocolate chip ears to cookies. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.

4) Decorate Smile

Use black icing with round tip to make a line for smile.
