• 1 USA Balloon Banner (SKU 779409)
• 1 AirLoonz Patriotic Star Cluster Balloon (SKU 912720)
• 12 Patriotic Stars Confetti Balloons (SKU 936452)
• 15 Royal Blue Latex Balloons (SKU 237865)
• 2 White Star Balloons (SKU 48835)
• 2 Silver Foil Fringe Curtains (SKU 4294)

Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):

• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• Double-sided tape, Scotch tape, or Sticky Tack
• Curling ribbon
• Scissors

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Set your foundation by securing the Silver Foil Fringe Curtains to a wall using tape or Sticky Tack (each sold separately).
• Step 2: Inflate and assemble the USA Balloon Banner. (Balloon pump not included. Recommended for quick inflation.)
• Step 3: Layer the USA Banner over the silver fringe curtains and set in place with tape or Sticky Tack.
• Step 4: Assemble the AirLoonz Patriotic Star Cluster using the instruction sheet and place it on the left side of the curtain.
• Step 5: Arrange the Patriotic Star Cluster Foil Balloon and White Star Balloons on the opposite side of the AirLoonz.
• Step 6: Finish the look by arranging the Patriotic Confetti and Royal Blue Latex Balloons all around the floor to fill the space.

Tips for Inflating Confetti Balloons:

• Inflate the balloon with air to your desired size
• If using helium, partially fill the balloon leaving room for a few puffs of air to finish it off
• Rub the outer surface of the balloon with your hands or a cloth to create static
• Tilt the balloon in all directions until the confetti is dispersed
