• 2 Silver Foil Fringe Curtains, 3ft x 8ft (SKU 4294)
• 12 Multicolor Latex Confetti Balloons, 12in (SKU 863732)
• 4 Bright Pink Paper Fans (SKU 877151)
• 100 String Lights, 21ft (SKU 225031)

Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Find your focal point on the wall and attach the Silver Foil Fringe Curtains so they meet at the point.
• Step 2: Attach the Gold Foil Number Balloons to the wall, across your focal point, using adhesive tape (sold separately).
• Step 2: Inflate and assemble the Colorful Balloon Garland (instructions included in kit) and center it at the top of the curtains.
• Step 3: Attach the fans to the wall on either side of the curtain.
• Step 4: Light up the wall using the Clear String Lights.
• Step 5: Place the Bubbly Wine Glass AirLoonz at each end of the garland.
• Step 6: Complete the look by releasing the Gold Latex Balloons to cover the ceiling.
