Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Find your focal point on the wall and attach the Silver Foil Fringe Curtains so they meet at the point.
• Step 2: Attach the Silver Foil Letter Balloons, centering them across the curtain.
• Step 3: Place the Bubbly Wine Glass AirLoonz on either side of the curtain.
• Step 4: Scatter the Black, Silver, & Gold Latex Confetti Balloons so that they fall naturally on the floor.
• Step 5: Complete the look by releasing the New Year's Foil Star Balloons to cover the ceiling.
