Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Find your focal point on the wall and attach the Black Foil Fringe Curtains so they meet at the point.
• Step 2: Attach the Gold Foil Letter Balloons, centering them across the curtain.
• Step 3: Place the Star Cluster AirLoonz on either side of the curtain.
• Step 4: Complete the look by scattering the Black, Silver, & Gold Latex Confetti Balloons so that they fall naturally on the floor.
