Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout .

Additional recommended supplies (sold separately):

• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• Double-sided tape, Scotch tape, or Sticky Tack

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Secure the Red Fringe Doorway Curtains to the wall using tape.
• Step 2: Inflate all balloons with air. (Balloon pump not included. Recommended for quick inflation.)
• Step 3: Layer the cursive Love Balloon over the fringe doorway curtain and set in place with tape or Sticky Tack.
• Step 4: Assemble the Pink, Red & White Balloon Garland using the package instructions and secure it to the upper left corner to create a border.
• Step 5: Finish the look by arranging the Valentine's Day Color Mix Balloons all around to fill the space.
