Order & Shipping Answers
Am I able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed?
We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the Returns Policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. Our goal is to ship orders immediately, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I track an order?
After you receive your Shipment Confirmation and Order Number, you can track your order status by going to our Track Order page. Enter your Order Number in the first field, the zip code of the billing address in the second field, and then click the "Find Order" button.
Do you ship internationally or process APO or FPO orders?
If you are located in Canada, please visit PartyCity.ca. If you are located in Europe, please visit our sister website, PartyDelights.co.uk. We are currently not shipping to any other international locations.
We do ship orders to APO, DPO, and FPO (excluding personalized favors) and these orders ship via USPS
Is ordering through PartyCity.com secure?
Ordering on our site is as safe as placing an order over the phone, thanks to the security measures we have in place. Yes, our brand merchandise comes from the top vendors in the United States, and licensed costumes will bear the official logo or trademarked name.

No, unfortunately we are only able to accept orders for products that we have in stock to ship immediately.
