Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Find your focal point on the wall and hang the Champagne Balloon Garland using adhesive tabs (tabs sold separately).
• Step 2: Place the Champagne Bottle AirLoonz towards either side of the backdrop.
• Step 3: Place the New Year's Foil Star Balloons around the backdrop.
• Step 4: Complete the look by scattering the Clear Latex Balloons so that they fall naturally on the floor.
