  • All returns must be sent so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.
  • All return items must be in its original retail packaging with your original invoice.

  • Tableware (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and all catering items) can only be returned if they are still in their original packages and have not been opened.
  • All merchandise must be unworn, in original packages, and in new condition.
  • Pack and tape your package securely Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on your order.

The following items are NOT returnable:

  • Helium Tanks
  • Partial Party Kits – Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original form of payment on your order. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
