Ingredients:

  • Lavender Candy Melts® Candy
  • Favorite 3 in. round cookies
  • Sugar ice cream cones
  • Black Candy Melts® Candy
  • Yellow Candy Melts® Candy

Supplies:

  • 12 in. Disposable Decorating Bags
  • Parchment Paper
  • 171/4 in. x 111/2 in. Cookie Pan
  • Cooling grid
  • Microwave-safe bowl

1) Cover Cookies with Candy

Melt lavender Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag according to package directions. Cut small point off of bag. Place cookie on cooling grid over parchment-covered cookie pan. Use melted lavender candy to cover cookie. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Reserve remaining lavender candy.

2) Cover Cones with Candy

Place cone on cooling grid over parchment-covered cookie pan. Use melted lavender candy to cover cone. Tap to smooth. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.

3) Make Hat Bands

Melt black Candy Melts candy in microwave-safe bowl. Dip 1/4 in. of cone in melted black candy. Tap to smooth.

4) Position Cone on Cookies

Immediately position cone on top of cookie and chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.

5) Decorate Buckles

Melt yellow Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag. Cut small point off of bag. Use melted yellow candy to outline buckle. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
