How-To

Ingredients:

  • Red Candy Melts® Candy (12 oz. makes 10 to 12 treats)
  • White Candy Melts Candy (2 oz. makes 10 to 12 treats)
  • Large marshmallows
  • Yellow jelly beans
  • Disney Mickey Mouse Icing Decorations

Supplies:

  • Microwave-safe container
  • 8 in. Lollipop Sticks
  • Craft foam block
  • 12 in. Disposable Decorating Bags
  • Food-safe scissors

1) Dip marshmallows

Melt red Candy Melts candy in microwave-safe container according to package directions. Dip end of lollipop stick in melted candy. Insert stick into flat side of marshmallow. Place in craft foam block and chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes. Dip marshmallow in melted red candy. Tap gently to smooth and remove excess candy. Place in craft foam block and chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.

2) Decorate features

Use melted red candy to attach plain marshmallow to top of dipped marshmallow. For shoes, use a dot of melted red candy to attach jelly beans to bottom of dipped marshmallow. Place in craft foam block and chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.Melt white Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag according to package directions. Cut small point off of bag. Use melted white candy to pipe two small ovals for buttons and attach icing decoration. Place in craft foam block and chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
