The feet of this Gliding Dog Balloon are weighted so that the character "walks" as you pull on its leash, giving it a lifelike appearance. Gliding Dog Balloon is made of durable vinyl and can be refilled with helium (sold separately) any number of times, or deflated after use for storage. Balloon measures 18in tall x 27in long and comes with a 5ft leash.
