Party City proudly offers our customers an incredible selection of party supplies at the lowest prices and will not be undersold. If you find any item we stock advertised at a cheaper price, just bring the ad in to any of our more than 247 company-owned stores and 259 franchise locations and we'll sell it to you at that price- guaranteed.

Return/Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Packages must be unopened. Returns on seasonal items such as Christmas, Easter and Halloween Costumes may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday.
