Ingredients:

Per cocktail
  • 3 to 5 pitted cherries
  • 1/2 a ripe guava; reserve some for garnish
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • No-calorie cherry soda, club soda or mineral water

Ingredients:

Makes 50 oz; about 5 drinks
  • 2 to 3 large ripe papayas
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice of 3 limes; extra for garnish
  • 5 shots dark rum
  • 3 cups cold sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup ice
