Dip cookies and marshmallows
Melt dark cocoa Candy Melts candy as directed on package. Dip thin cookies into candy, coating completely. Shake off excess candy and place on parchment paper, top side down, and chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. While chilling the cookies, use a toothpick to dip marshmallows into candy, coating completely. Shake off any excess and place on parchment paper. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove toothpicks.
Melt green Candy Melts candy as directed on package. Pour green sugar sprinkles into mini appetizer plate. Flip a candy-coated marshmallow upside down and insert a new toothpick in the top. Dip just the bottom of the marshmallow into the melted green candy to create a small band of green. Roll the green rim in green sprinkles dish until covered. Repeat for all marshmallows. Place marshmallow in the center of a candy-covered cookie and remove toothpick. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
For each treat, pipe three dots of green icing to form a shamrock shape, then pull straight down to make the stem. Serve and enjoy!
