We made this Gotham Cityscape Batman cake with yellow and black fondant, rolled out and cut into a bat and skyscraper shapes. You can freehand the design if you feel comfortable, or print out a bat image and cut the fondant with a paring or X-Acto knife to its shape. Use clear vanilla extract to attach the black fondant to the yellow.
