  • Favorite cake recipe or mix (4 1/2 cups batter used)
  • White Ready-To-Use Decorator Icing — 4.5 lb. Tub
  • 8 Icing Colors Set (green and orange used)
  • Black and Green Orange Sixlets®
  • Jack-O-Lantern Pan
  • Cooling grid
  • Cake plate
  • 9 in. Angled Spatula
  • 12 in. Disposable Decorating Bags
  • Tip 1A (two used)
  • Tip Set (tip 5 used)
Follow Instructions
Ice Cake 1) Ice Cake
Prepare batter according to recipe directions. Bake and cool cake. Position on plate. Tint 1/2 cup icing green, 2 cups light orange and 2 cups dark orange. Ice stem area smooth in green. Ice inside of facial features and cake sides smooth in dark orange icing.
Pipe Jack-o-lantern 2) Pipe Jack-o-lantern
Use tip 1A and icing to pipe jack-o-lantern sections on cake top, alternating light and dark orange icing. Use spatula to smooth sections. Fill eyes, nose and mouth with black Sixlets®. Cover stem area with green Sixlets®.
Decorate Bottom Border 3) Decorate Bottom Border
Use tip 5 and light orange icing to pipe outline around bottom border.
Add Sixlets 4) Add Sixlets
Position orange Sixlets® on bottom border.
