Scary Finger Pretzel Pops
Ingredients:
  • Black Candy Melts® Candy (2 oz. makes 12 to 14 treats)
  • White Candy Melts Candy (12 oz. makes 12 to 14 treats)
  • Orange Candy Melts Candy (1/2 oz. makes 12 to 14 treats)
  • Pretzel rods
  • Red Candy Melts Candy (2 oz. makes 12 to 14 treats)
Supplies:
  • 12 in. Disposable Decorating Bags
  • Food-safe scissors
  • Witch Finger Pretzel Mold
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Waxed or parchment paper
  • Cookie sheet
Follow Instructions
Mold fingernails 1) Mold fingernails
Melt black Candy Melts candy, in disposable decorating bag according to package directions. Cut small point off of disposable decorating bag when ready to decorate. Use melted black candy to pipe in fingernail area of mold. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add skin-tone candy 2) Add skin-tone candy
Melt 12 oz. white Candy Melts candy with 1/2 oz. orange Candy Melts candy in microwave-safe bowl, according to package directions. Stir together for skin-tone shown. Transfer melted skin-tone candy to disposable decorating bag. Cut small point off of bag. Use melted skin-tone candy to fill remainder of mold. Position pretzel rod in mold and tap mold to smooth. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Unmold candy finger by flexing gently on mold.
Add blood drips 3) Add blood drips
Melt red Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag according to package directions. Cut small point off of bag. Place unmolded pretzels on waxed paper-covered cookie sheet. Use melted red candy to decorate blood drips on pretzels. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Finish them off! 4) Finish them off!
Add more blood drips at the base of the fingers for a spine-tingling touch.
