To make a spring-inspired edible bouquet: Roll out sugar cookie dough to 1/2" thickness and cut out flowers and tulips with cookie cutters. Insert oven-safe cookie sticks, bake and cool. Now, the decorating fun! Tint royal icing different colors, outline and flood each cookie, and dry overnight. Outline again with a contrasting color and add dots to the flowers with a #5 tip. Display as a bouquet with shred in a basket as shown, or stand them upright in a vase. A lovely gift!
