  • Food-safe scissors
  • 12 in. Disposable Decorating Bags
  • Tip Set (Tip #3 used)
  • Tip Set (Tip #12 used)
  • White rock candy sticks
  • Frozen Birthday Candle
Follow Instructions
Make cake 1) Make cake
Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cake. Place on serving plate. Use spatula and white decorator icing to ice cake smooth. Use violet and blue food color spray to lightly spray icing.
Pipe snowflakes 2) Pipe snowflakes
Use tip #3, a cut disposable decorating bag and white decorator icing to pipe snowflakes on top of cake.
Pipe border 3) Pipe border
Use tip #12, a cut disposable decorating bag and white decorator icing to pipe ball bottom border. Insert rock candy sticks and candle into cake.
