  • Favorite brownie recipe or mix (2 family-size recipes needed)
  • White Vanilla Whipped Icing
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Light Blue Sparkle Gel
  • Red Icing Pouch with Tips (round tip used)
  • Jake the Never Land Pirates Icing Decorations ("X" used)
  • Performance Pans™ 11 in. x 15 in. Cake Sheet Pan
  • Cooling grid
  • Knife
  • Plastic ruler
  • 9 in. Angled Spatula
Follow Instructions
Make brownies 1) Make brownies
Prepare a double batch of batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool brownies. Use knife to cut brownies into 20 rectangles, each 3 in. long x about 21/4 in. wide. Use spatula and decorator icing to ice brownies smooth.
Make 2) Make "sand"
Sprinkle 1/2 to 2/3 of each brownie with graham cracker crumbs for sand.
Decorate brownies with Sparkle Gel 3) Decorate brownies with Sparkle Gel
Cover remainder of each brownie with blue Sparkle Gel for water.
Decorate map 4) Decorate map
Use red icing pouch with round tip to pipe dotted trail on each brownie. Position icing decoration at the end of the trail.
