Which forms of payment do you accept for orders placed online?
We accept payment via credit and debit cards. Specifically, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or purchase orders for payment of orders placed online.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed by 3:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday, will usually ship the same day; excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday, will ship the following business day. How will my order be shipped? Which shipping method will be used?
You can choose the shipping method from a drop-down menu on the order page when you place your order.
We offer: UPS Standard Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air and Next Day Air. For all USPS P.O. Box and APO/FPO orders, select UPS Standard Ground and our systems will convert your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail. We apologize, UPS Air Shipping methods are not available for these addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Arrival time depends on the shipping method you choose (Standard, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day), the time you place the order and whether your order contains custom or personalized merchandise. For more information pertaining to shipments and deliveries, please visit our Shipping Information page.
How do I track an order?
After you receive your Order Confirmation and Order Number, you can track your order status by going to our Order Tracking page.
Do you ship internationally or process APO or FPO orders?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. We process all APO and FPO Orders via USPS Priority Mail. Simply select UPS Standard Ground and our systems will convert your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail. We apologize, UPS Air Shipping methods are not available for these addresses.
How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you have selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been completed and sent. Our goal is to ship orders immediately, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I am a little concerned about using my credit card on the internet. How safe is it?
Ordering on our site is as safe as placing an order over the phone, thanks to the security measures we have in place. When you enter your personal information, you are on a secure connection ("Secure Sockets Layer" or SSL for short). This is the same standard of security used by many financial institutions.
