Why are some products not available at my local store?

Due to variations in the inventory from one store to another, not all items are always available at your store. Please check other stores for availability.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive a notification email letting you know it is ready. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours after they are placed online.

If you place an order after 6:00 p.m. (local time), it may not be ready until the following day. This time may also be subject to change
during Halloween season.

Who can pick up my order?

You can pick up your order or assign an alternate person to pick up the order. To add an alternate pickup person, enter the first and last name and email address (optional) of the person who will be picking up the order to the Pick Up In Store section during checkout.

What do I need to pick up my order?

You will need:

  • Your pickup notification email
  • A government-issued ID
  • Your method of payment. Credit cards aren't charged until your order is picked up. If you see a pending charge on your account prior to pick up, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available.
If you are unable to print your pickup notification email, the associate can view it on your mobile device.

Where do I pick up my order?

Please reference your pickup notification email for specific pickup location details. Items ordered online will be picked up at the
designated Pick Up Counter.

How long will my order be held at the store?

Your order will be held at the store for 14 calendar days from the time your order is ready for pickup (seasonal items are kept for 5 calendar days from the time your order is ready for pickup and costumes during Halloween will be kept for 24 hours from the time your order is ready for pickup).

What if I need to cancel my In-Store Pickup Order?

To cancel your order, please contact the store(s) where the order was made for pick-up, directly. Please have your store pickup
order number when calling.
