How do I calculate shipping time?
Shipping from PartyCity.com is FAST and easy!
Most orders placed by 3:00 pm EST, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing credit card information is correct, the shipping address is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a Holiday. To calculate, click here.
How does Party City ship?
Partycity.com ships with UPS. Orders less than 10 pounds may ship via Surepost, which is a partnership between UPS and the USPS. Your postal carrier will make the final delivery to your home within 1 – 6 business days after your order ships from our warehouse in Illinois. If you need your product faster we offer a number of expedited shipping methods to meet your shipping needs. Please visit our Shipping Information page for any additional questions.
If I need to return my order, how do I do it?
We will gladly accept requests for returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
Please read through our Return Policy to ensure your item is eligible
for a return.
Do you carry the same products in stores as you do online?
Selection and price may vary by store and market as well as from store to website. If you see an item online you'd like to purchase in your local store call your nearest Party City and ask if they have the item in stock and we will gladly check for you.

Am I able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed?
We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible.
For that reason, we cannot make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website.
Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order.
If an error is made, please receive the order and return it (if the Return Policy allows) for a refund.
We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing.
